Spanning five bedrooms, multiple living zones, and a series of highly functional spaces including a butler’s pantry, mudroom and studies, the home is unified by a light-filled, open layout and a strong connection between indoors and out. A 9-metre pool anchors the outdoor area, reinforcing the relaxed, Palm Springs-inspired feel.

Interiors are cohesive and understated with white bagged brick, soft curves, and walnut joinery creating a sense of calm continuity throughout. Natural stone was used with intention, including Bianca Carrara in the kitchen and Lorde White Marble in the main ensuite, bringing subtle luxury without excess.

The result is a home that feels generous yet grounded, designed for real family living, with longevity, functionality and quiet confidence at its core.
